DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW. Not final terms. # MeshStop Standard Licence (v1) You may use the item, changed or unchanged, in end products you make for yourself or for clients, including commercial ones: still images, renders, animation, film and video, advertising, games, applications and VR or AR experiences, and as your own avatar or for your own in-world use. In games, apps and other distributed software the item must be built into the product so that end users cannot extract it as a usable asset. You may not sell or give away items made from it to other users as assets (see the Creator licence), ship it in templates, kits or mods others can extract, or use it as the main feature of physical merchandise (see the Extended licence). ## Always - The licence covers the vendor's own work only. It grants no rights in third-party products the item needs (for example Daz's Genesis 9 figures, which stay under Daz's own licence). - You may not redistribute, resell, share or give away the original files, alone or in a collection, changed or unchanged. - You may not use the item, or anything made mainly from it, to train or fine-tune machine-learning models unless the product page says the vendor allows it. - Where a platform has its own rules (Second Life, IMVU, VRChat, Unreal, Daz), those rules apply as well. - If the product page marks the item "Editorial only", it may be used only for editorial, non-commercial purposes.
