DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW. Not final terms. # MeshStop Creator Licence (v1) Everything the Standard licence allows, and: You may use the item to create new items that you sell or give to others, such as clothing, furniture, avatars, characters or materials for Second Life, IMVU, VRChat, Daz Studio or similar platforms, if: - the new item is meaningfully your own work: the original is changed or combined with other work, not repackaged; - the original cannot be recovered from your item as a separate, usable asset (selling the textures as textures, or a full-permission or editable copy that hands the original to your buyers, is not allowed); - on platforms with a permission system (such as Second Life), your item uses the platform's protections so the original stays protected. ## Always - The licence covers the vendor's own work only. It grants no rights in third-party products the item needs (for example Daz's Genesis 9 figures, which stay under Daz's own licence). - You may not redistribute, resell, share or give away the original files, alone or in a collection, changed or unchanged. - You may not use the item, or anything made mainly from it, to train or fine-tune machine-learning models unless the product page says the vendor allows it. - Where a platform has its own rules (Second Life, IMVU, VRChat, Unreal, Daz), those rules apply as well. - If the product page marks the item "Editorial only", it may be used only for editorial, non-commercial purposes.
